Active summer holiday with community initiatives that promote European values

In Cimișlia city, we carried out a campaign to inform and promote the European Union's fundamental values among the population to increase awareness and encourage them to embrace these values. The young people developed and distributed informative leaflets about the six fundamental values ​​of the European Union: human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, rule of law and respect for human rights.
In Taraclia city, the young people voluntarily helped 3 elderly people, with locomotory difficulty and alone, to clean, work in the garden, collect the garbage around the houses, and do other daily work that the old people cannot do.

The activity is carried out within the project "Promotion of European Values ​​in the Southern Region of Moldova", implemented by the Center for Educational and Community Development (CDEC). The implementation of this project is possible thanks to the generous support of the American people through USAID Moldova.
