CDEC's vision is that we are and will continue to be an organization that brings opportunities for educational and community development closer to local communities, that we are and will continue to be
recognized for activities promoting civic activism, social initiatives, delivering new skills to residents and training future leaders. Our objective is to develop and implement programs/projects in various segments that contribute to the educational and community development of future local leaders and those who have the desire to be active citizens and promoters of change.
Our motive is the spark that pushes us to complete every task with dedication and determination, because we thought it and planned it that way, without anyone imposing it on us. We love to see a thought materialized on paper.
